Language has long attracted the attention many linguists and researchers, and many theories have emerged that examined its various species, including Roman Jakobsen's theories verbal or linguistic communication. Roman Jakobsen proposed communication theory based six functions of the language, the function verbal event achived only through them, poetic text among the literary genres related to language communication. Because they are communication tools of the poet and recipient. Relying on a descriptive-analytical approach, this research tries to study the theory of linguistic communication in the poetry of Omani poet Talāl al-Saltī, so it deals with six linguistic functions in the poet's poetry: emotional functions, Sympathetic, Exhortative, referential, Metalinguistic and literary functions. In the end, the results indicate that the poet's messages were not only for the reader, but also his Lord and his love. By examining the poet's poetry, we can see that he has used common words in the function of encouraging words away from complexity, and the function of Sympathetic appears in poems whose purpose is to influence the Almighty God and the poet's mistress, so it can be said that the recipient of the poet's messages is not the only reader. Poems with referential functions such as reports have emerged that convey the poet's concerns to the audience.

ABSTRACTOne of the foremost vital speculations managing with content coherence is the printed coherence hypothesis of Michael Halliday and Ruqia Hassan (1976). Coherence is the coherence that happens between the lexicon and sentences coming about from a content, and this coherence comes through syntactic and lexical implies that interface the components that make up the text. Coordination could be a set of linguistic and lexical connections that interface sentences or communicate between sentence components. It is one of the driving hypotheses in analyzing the content and perusing it agreeing to the printed information. From here, this investigate tries, It got to be clear to us that the text of the Baghdadi Maqama depends in its coherence on the referral in plenitude, because it is visit in all regions of the content and shapes connections that made the Maqama an interconnected and coherent texture, as the referral constitutes a set of connections between the different components within the space of the content. The erasure had a incredible affect on the consistency of the content as well, because it made a difference the reader focus on the most components of the content and dodge futile prolongation. These instruments made a difference accomplish printed coherence and give a semantic and consistent interface between the components of the content.

This study examines Sinan Antoon's Taf'aila poem within the collections of "Mooshor Maball Bilharb," "Laylun Wahidun fi Kull al-Mudun," and "Kama fi al-Sama." Through this poem, Antoon breaks free from the traditional poetry constraints created by Khalil and followed by other traditional poets. He expresses his poetic experience using the aesthetic aspects of poetry, drawing on poetic inspiration and codes to achieve his new poetic perspective. The poem's free structure allows for greater freedom of expression, as Antoon can convey his emotions and poetic experience without worrying about specific Taf'aila numbers or the need for rhyme. Contemporary life. The study attempted to answer the question of how Sinan Antoun employed iambic poetry and its rhythm in communicating his poetic experience that he wanted; There are many forms of creativity in terms of selection, selection and employment of a text that gives a product that may exceed the idea of mere selection of words, which is what we call the poetic experience. Antoon's poetry frequently employs rhythm, breaking free from traditional metric constraints by using various geometric shapes to transform his poems into verbal paintings. His poetry showcases examples of Mursal, Muttabi', and Murakkab rhymes that reflect his moods and emotions. However, his work reveals excessive despair and an absence of resolution to the crisis, possibly due to the ongoing nature of the conflict. As a result, the poetic discourse should continue to address unresolved issues.

There is no doubt that the Holy Qur’an has a long history of narrating educational concepts in a purposeful, functional form, so that there is a great fit between the audio aspect and the conceptual meaning that is drawn by the rhythmic mechanisms. We do not doubt - with the slightest doubt - that these phonetic harmonies do not arise between the words and meanings of the Qur’anic verses in terms of coincidence, spontaneity, and randomness in terms of consistency, and the strict conceptual mind rejects that in the case of the Qur’anic verses. Rather, the Qur’anic phonetic components have excellent methods and innovations that are unique to the revealed text on the one hand. Miracles and brevity are what other creative texts created by humans lack. In this study - and in accordance with the descriptive-analytical approach - we felt the beauty of awareness, enlightenment, and the Qur’anic instruction, full of expressive vitality, in critical places in the verse of Part Thirty, wherever we chose it for study and analysis, and we obtained from it a group of cognitive achievements that the Noble Creator took the initiative to draw through the vocal suggestions that characterize him. The Qur’anic approach in three expressive channels that we chose to be primary fields of study in this section, which are stress and intonation, grammatical signs (voices), and phonetics, that is, the phonetics of words that reveal the suggestive phonetic nature of the letters of the verses.

Rather, there are hidden secrets that aim to stimulate the reader's attention and encourage him todeeply understand the meanings of the verses, which itself constitutes one of the great mysteries of its miracle. These stories rely on astonishing events and obvious failures that are expected on the horizon of the characters. The story of Moses, Ibrahim and Joseph in the Holy Quran is a prominent example of this that calls for the reader's hesitation to understand the great spiritual head of the shadow.

Social anthropology studies how individuals function and behave within a social system. The concept of function holds significant importance in social anthropology as it pertains to the actions and activities of individuals within a specific social organization. Khalil Mutran lived in a society governed by tyrannical Ottoman kings, whose actions resulted in the people's subjugation and obedience to the sultan's orders. It had negative consequences and hindered social progress during that period. Drawing on his innovative perspectives, Mutran explored new anthropological concepts that transcended the limitations of time and place. By introducing Arabic poetry in a fresh direction, he established the foundations of his school of thought that aligned with the functions of human agency. This research analyzes the most significant functions of rulers in Khalil Mutran's poetry through qualitative content analysis and social criticism, serving as a fundamental pillar in social anthropology research. The findings indicate that the sultan imposed authoritarian functions on the nation, operating outside the boundaries of the law and utilizing social control mechanisms to further his interests and dictate the organization of affairs. It influenced people's behavior and social conduct, legitimizing and elevating the ruler's position. These factors formed the basis for class relations within that society.
