Abstract

One of the pioneers of Egyptian novel writing and one of the committed contemporary writers is Tharwat Abazah, who put the art of story writing in the service of the excellence and synergy of the society. His novel "Thumamma Tashraq al-Shams" is the art of characterization in order to raise the level of class consciousness and give coherence to ideals, thought, thoughts, feelings and It uses the values of the Egyptian society. This research is descriptive-analytical and with the approach of formative constructionism and the use of Goldman's model - which has two consecutive stages: the process of understanding and the process of explanation - it has tried to measure the success rate of the novel in creating a novel as a meaningful and cohesive structure. Explain the worldview of the social classes of Egyptian society. explain Therefore, the characters of the mentioned novel have been examined in the form of main and secondary characters, dynamic and static, positive and negative, and direct and indirect characterization methods. The results showed that the author draws a picture of the realities, ideas and values of the society by using the art of story-writing and creating characters and creating imaginary events and gives coherence to them in the imaginary world of the novel. "Social justice", "attention to values" and "strengthening the family foundation" are examples of the ideals and "worldview" of the author, which are reflected in his works in an artistic way.
