Abstract
Discourse-centered structures that possess a broad interpretation are comprised of both semantic components and signs. The meaning of these semantic signs is derived from a confluence of behavioral actions and interactive elements. The platform in question exemplifies the notion of multimodal composition within discourse flows, as originally introduced by Kress in a pioneering manner. According to Kress, the meticulous examination of discourse flows is deemed to be subject to the distinct scrutiny of three trans-role elements, namely the representational, interactive, and compositional components. The narrator assumes a trans-representational role by analyzing narrative components that encompass physical, cognitive, and behavioral patterns. The examination of communication flow analysis is further elucidated by the interactive features of functional forms of speech. The composite representation facilitates the composition of narrative components with interactive features. The present study employed a descriptive-analytical approach to compare the trans-role elements in the discourse space between the agents of action (actors), as depicted in novel by Amal Faran (2021). The present literary work possessed the potential to undergo adaptation and scrutiny through the lens of Kress's trans-role components, owing to the mode of communication and social environment among linguistic entities. Upon analysis of the discursive content of Chamber novel, it can be inferred that the narrative framework involves individual interactions that align with behavioral and emotional processes, manifested through functional speech groups. These interactions provide information that highlights the prevalence of various types of interactive objects, such as questioning, judging, and suggestions regarding the characteristic of language agents.
