Isotopia is a somatic procedure introduced by Grimas into the new Linguistic field, which is at the gremas of the semantic symmetry between words or between a set of images and has the characteristic of semantic recognition in the text. Followed by Rasti and the development of the concept of Isotopia His command is to repeat all the linguistic units in a text in order to create harmony and cohesion in the form and content. This research came in a critical examination of the approach of Isotopia semantic in contemporary Iraqi poetry and the poetry of Jaafar al-Alaq specifically to reveal the aesthetic and expressive role of Isotopia in this poetic discourse. The research selected the Grimas approach to the concept of Isotopia semantic and was based on the descriptive-analytical approach and The results indicate that Isotopia is a poetic characteristic not in the poetry of Ali Jaafar al-Aalak, and the poet often focuses on constructing poetic images or in shipping the title with semantic energies, which are stimulated in the poetic text to intensify the meanings of the poetic text and enrich the poetic scene .What draws attention to the semantic study of Isotopia in the poetic project in Ali Jaafar al-'Alaq is the combination of the historical, religious and mythic spindle to create a semantic Isotope that would amplify the semantic connotations of poetic text and impart the potential of semantic text .
