The conversational requirement of Grice presents an implicit interpretation of the speaker's ability to express a subject instead of just saying it. In most conversations, colloquial meaning requires the speaker's words more than the conversational meaning. In this way, the speaker relies on linguistic skills when explaining the purpose in their words through the techniques used in their speech. Speakers use conversational requirements, which is a linguistic phenomenon. This linguistic phenomenon reflects the relation between the level of mixed linguistic structure and the level of that structure exposed to possible reasoning interpretation, either positive or negative. Conversational requirement aims to discover the linguistic code and the meaning beyond the words to find what the speaker means. We relied on the descriptive-analytical method, which is proper for this academic research allowing us to discover, describe, analyze, and interpret truths. Therefore, the theoretical part addressed the conversational requirement, cooperation principle, and its conditions, and implemented this theory on some verses of Al-Insan (The Man) Surah in the comparative section of the study. The results of this study from analyzed verses of Al-Insan Surah indicated that these verses include both literal meanings, such as commanding, prohibiting, and informing, and conversational meanings, which are seen as advising, promising and warning, punishing and encouraging, or challenging the audience. These conversational meanings are perceived from the external context of verses. Context plays a vital role in helping the audience understand what is the purpose and meaning of the speaker's words. According to analyzed verses, the speaker

Critical discourse analysis is one of the new methods in discourse analysis and linguistic studies. It examines linguistic data, ideological processes, and situational, social, and intertextuality contexts affecting discourse formation. The analytical paradigm developed by Norman Fairclough is regarded as one of the most influential approaches to critical discourse analysis. In this view, discourse is analyzed in three levels: description, interpretation, and explanation. This descriptive-analytical study employing the approach of Fairclough analyzes the levels of the critical discourse of al-Tariq al-Tawil by Naguib al-Kilani to explicate the author's intended ideology and discourse. According to the research findings, using the function of words and their semantic relationships, positive verbs, and metaphorical sentences, Naguib al-Kilani has demonstrated his point of view in this novel. Moreover, he explains the effects of colonialism on Egyptians' lives by employing intertextuality and citing Islamic themes and Quranic verses. Al-Kilani uses a combative discourse to convey freedom and resistance to oppression. He seeks to inculcate his ideology and concepts by fortifying the combat spirit, such as obtaining freedom and independence and fighting against the colonialist adversary.

Media products, especially those produced on a daily basis by reporters, are one of the most widely used areas for implementing and adapting critical approaches to discourse analysis. The political differences between Iran and Saudi Arabia have created a media space in recent years, which is totally under the control of political discourses governing the governments. The present study was conducted to explain the discourse strategies of the newspaper Al-Sharq al-Awsat in the ideological representation of Iran. To this end, the Van Dijk model was selected as the method of research and 20 analyzes of the political analysis of the newspaper were analyzed. The results of the study showed that the method of processing information and news about Iran in this newspaper was in line with the ideological square of Van Dijk. For example, negative assumptions, polarization in the text at the expense of Iran, introduction as a non-affiliated group, spacing .are among the discourse strategies of this newspaper. In all examined texts, Iran has been introduced as a threat to the security of the region and the world and an inconsistent element among Islamic countries. The authors have tried to block any ideological proposition at different levels of the text and block the way for fair judgment of the audience. The dominant discourse on this paper, during the period under review, seeks to present a picture of Iran that is far from the political and religious reality and has been positively designed and represented in front of all Arab activism.
